Support for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and the transition to parenthood.
Anxiety-Related Concerns
Treatment for generalized anxiety, panic symptoms, excessive worry, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, perinatal anxiety, and stress-related difficulties that affect daily functioning.
Depression & Mood-Related Concerns
Support for low mood, irritability, fatigue, loss of motivation, perinatal depression, and difficulties coping with life transitions or chronic stress.
